Background information
NURRI is a project funded by the Ministry of Justice and launched in November 2020 with the aim of combating re-offending. The project targets young people aged 12-29 in Oulu who have committed repeated offences or one serious offence. In addition, the young people may have other underlying symptoms such as truancy, substance abuse or mental health problems.
The aim of NURRI is to identify the young person’s overall life situation and to promote well-being through the support offered, in order to prevent re-offending.

Our client was organising an event on the prevention of juvenile delinquency and substance abuse and asked for a quote for streaming the event. The event would take the form of a hybrid event with both participants and performers on-site and remotely connected. Our client stressed that they were looking for the most functional service possible, where the organisers would not have to worry about technology at all.
Our solution
After the organiser accepted our offer, we agreed to a joint kick-off meeting to discuss the production details. After the meeting, we visited the event space together with the client. The technical backbone of the event was built the day before the event, as the event started first thing in the morning.
We implemented the technical production of the event as a turnkey solution, taking care of the audio, streaming, remote speakers and in-house AV equipment.
